Burger with tenderloin

Turn on the oven at 180°C.

Roast the beef tenderloin in the oven or the grill, and then cut in into thin slices.

Rinse the lettuce and warm up the burger buns in the oven for approx. 2-3 minutes.

Add a nice layer of truffle mayo onto the top and bottom bun.

Put the lettuce on the bottom, and then add slices of tenderloin, followed by some fried bell pepers. Top with some salt.
