We bake this light sandwich bun with 23% oatmeal and delicious linseeds and sunflower seeds. We dust durum flour on the top. For best results, toast in a contact grill. Oatmeal helps to keep the bread fresh and tasty for longer.

Preparation
Defrost at room temperature for approx. 60 min. For a crispy crust, bake for 2-3 min. at 180°C. Suitable for preparation in sandwich grill.
