Twisted Cinnamon Bun

A large swirl baked with traditional soft dough that gives an extra soft and spongy texture, filled with tasty cinnamon. The twisted shape gives it a rustic look, and we have sprinkled hazelnut flakes and sugar on top.

Preparation: Defrost at room temperature for 45 min. Bake for approx. 16 min. at 180°C (convection oven).
Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, palm oil, brown sugar (sugar, canesugar molasses), sugar, rapeseed oil, coarse grain sugar, yeast, modified starch, hazelnut flakes, whey powder (milk),  cinnamon, dextrose, wheat gluten, pasteurized egg, vegetable emulsifiers (E471, E472e, E481), raising agents (E450, E500), stabilizers (E440, E412, E401, E516, E450), salt, colours (E170, E160a), coconut oil, whole milk powder, flour treatment agents (xylanase (wheat), amylase (wheat), E300), natural flavouring, glucose syrup, acidity regulator (E330), milk protein. Topping: coarse grain sugar and hazelnut flakes.
