Preparation: Defrost before baking. Baking time: 2-3 minutes at 180 °C. Baking time straight from the freezer: 5-6 minutes at 180 °C. If you wish, you can just thaw and serve.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, wheat kernels, sunflower seeds, rye fibres, sifted rye flour, dry yeast, iodized salt, dried sourdough (wheat flour, sourdough culture), vegetable emulsifier (E472e), stabilizer (E 412). flour treatment agents (amylase (wheat), xylanase (wheat), E300). Topping: wheat kernels.
