The best of two worlds: A rye bread sandwich that contains an abundance of rye, fibre and kernels. An irresistible combination! We bake it with steamed cracked rye kernels, sunflower seeds and linseed to create good flavour and a delicious crumb. Pre-cut for your convenience.

Preparation: Defrost at room temperature for approx. 60 min. For a crispy crust, bake for 2-3 min. at 180°C. Suitable for preparation in sandwich grill.
