We bake our balanced Wholegrain Sandwich Bread with wholemeal wheat, wheat and durum flours, and add tasty linseed, durum kernels and cracked wheat kernels to give a delicious flavour. Pre-cut for convenience.

Preparation: Defrost at room temperature for approx. 60 min. For a crispy crust, bake for 2-3 min. at 180°C. Suitable for preparation in sandwich grill.
Ingredients: Water, Whole grain wheat flour^ 32%, wheat flour, cracked wheat kernels^ 5%, wheat kernels^ 4%, durum wheat flour 4%, linseed, iodized salt, rapeseed oil, dry yeast, barley malt extract, flour treatment agents (enzymes (wheat), E300). Topping: durum wheat flour. ^Whole grain.
