We pay special attention to the flavour and texture of this soft traditional rye bread. Country-style Viking is a wholemeal bread. We bake it with rye flour and sourdough, and add soft rye kernels. Classic frozen product. The bread is sliced.

Preparation: Thaw at room temperature in packaging for minimum 5 hours, and then it is ready for use.
Ingredients: Sourdough (water, Rye flour^ 13%), rye flour^ 26%, water, rye kernels^ 18%, wheat flour, iodized salt, sugar syrup, fermented wheat flour, rye fibres, dired sourdough (rye flour^, sourdough culture), rye grits*, caramelized sugar syrup, yeast, barley malt extract, salt. Topping: rye grits^. ^Whole grain.
