Rye bread with smoked salmon mousse

Ingridients

Remove the skin from the salmon and mash it with a fork until fine and smooth.

Chop the dill nicely and save some for garnish. Stir the salmon together with the chopped dill, Greek yoghurt and sour cream. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Spread a good layer of salmon mousse on the rye bread slices.

Rinse the apple, cut it into small cubes and toss with 1 tbsp. lemon juice.

Sprinkle the apple cubes over the salmon mousse and garnish with the remaining dill.
