Grilled rye bread sandwich with Parma ham and parsley pesto

Sprinkle two slices of Kohberg Rye bread with a good olive oil and toast them.

Butter one slice of grilled rye bread with a stirred aioli, and top it with a salad of rocket, lettuce and peas.

Place slices of Parma ham and mozzarella on the salad.

Top with a parsley pesto made like a regular pesto, where the basil and pine nuts are replaced with parsley and sunflower seeds.

Close the sandwich with the last slice of grilled bread.
