This organic rye bread has a high proportion of soft rye grains, sunflower and pumpkin seeds - this makes for an appealing slice. The flavour is mild and the baking process makes the rye bread crispy on the outside and keeps it moist on the inside. The rye bread is decorated with a wafer labelled ‘ØKO’ (= organic).

Preparation
Preparation: Defrost the bread in a plastic bag at room temperature for approx. 5 hours. Remove bag before baking. Bake for approx. 15-18 min. at 180°C. Baking straight from the freezer is not recommended.
