The bread is baked with sourdough, rye and wheat flour and flavoursome rye and sunflower seeds. Dark, coarse and distinctive. We've sprinkled the bread with oat flakes for a rustic look.

Preparation: Defrost the bread at room temperature for 5 hours. Bake for approx. 15 minutes at 180 °C.
