Preparation
Preparation: Defrost the bread at room temperature for 1 hour. Bake for approx. 3-4 minutes at 200°C (convection oven).

Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, rye flour^, potato flakes 3%, durum wheat flour, yeast, spelt wheat flour, dried spelt sourdough (spelt wheat flour, sourdough culture), iodized salt, palm oil, barley malt extract, corn starch, stabilizers (E412), dried sourdough (rye flour^, sourdough culture), vegetable emulsifiers (E471, E472e), rapeseed oil, dextrose, flour treatment agents (E300, enzymes (wheat). Topping: durum wheat flour. ^Whole grain.
